Pre-Law Google Group for VT students, faculty, and staff

A pre-law Google Group is available on an entirely optional basis to Virginia Tech students, faculty, and staff who wish to receive pre-law announcements and other information about pre-law studies at Virginia Tech. Only those who sign themselves up (join) will be added to this group.

To join the pre-law Google Group, please follow these instructions:

Log into your VT email account (at start.google.vt.edu). Click on the Google Apps icon in the top right corner of the webpage and click on the Groups icon from the drop-down menu. Enter "prelaw" (no hyphen) in the search bar and click on "prelaw-g@vt.edu." Click "Join Group," follow the further instructions, and you will be added to the Google Group. Joining the pre-law group is not required to pursue pre-law studies at Virginia Tech. In addition, the pre-law group does not eliminate the need to refer to the pre-law website, which contains general information and advice on pre-law studies as well as links to other pre-law resources.

You may send to prelaw@vt.edu any questions related to the pre-law Google Group.

If you are no longer interested in receiving messages from the pre-law group, you will have to remove yourself from the group.

Matthew D. Dillard, Assistant Director of Admissions at The George Washington University Law School, will be visiting Virginia Tech and meeting with interested students on Tuesday October 30th, at 7:30p.m., in 3100 Torgersen Hall. The meeting is being organized and hosted by Virginia Tech's pre-law chapter of Phi Alpha Delta and is open to the entire University community. This a great opportunity for students interested in law school in general and George Washington Law in particular. Anyone with questions may direct them to Emilie Jones (vtpad@vt.edu), president of PAD at VT.
